Summary. We collect the account details you give us, the answers you enter in the assessment, your routine completions and any journal entries or photos you choose to add. Photos are stored privately and are only streamed back to your own account.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your assessment answers, journal text or photos.
• We do not send assessment answers, journal text or photos to advertising providers.
• We do not use your health-related answers for ad targeting.
• We do not diagnose conditions or recommend medicines.

Your controls

• Export your data: Settings → Export my data.
• Delete your account: Settings → Delete my account (a grace period applies, then erasure).
• Consent choices: Settings → Privacy.

Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Deletion requests are scheduled with a grace period and then erased.
